Jack Richardson London Music Awards 2016
There were several Don Wright Faculty of Music award winners at the Jack Richardson London Music Awards on April 17, 2016.
At Sunday's gala dinner, Dean Betty Anne Younker was on hand to induct singer Priscilla Wright and her late father Don Wright (after whom this Faculty is named) into the London Music Hall of Fame. Winners included faculty members Anita Krause-Wiebe (Classical - Solo Vocal) and Ron George (Classical - Instrumental Solo). King's University College at Western University Chamber Choir - led by faculty member Janet Loo - were also recognized in the Classical (Choral) category. Several alumni, faculty, staff and students from the Faculty were nominated across multiple categories.
