Most concerts are free of charge and no advance booking is required unless otherwise noted, with the following exceptions:
- To purchase advance tickets for fully staged opera performances visit the Opera at Western page (note: tickets are not required for the annual Opera Gala).
- To purchase advance tickets for the Parsons and Poole concert visit the Parsons and Poole page.
- For more information on ticketing and box office hours, see below.
Concert programs for complimentary events are available online only, and can be downloaded in advance or upon arrival with your smartphone. Programs are also on display on TV screens outside each venue. Printed concert programs are planned for all ticketed events and are included in the price of admission.

General Audience Information
In case of emergency, please notify an usher for assistance. Good scents policy: all buildings are scent-free.
Please wait for an appropriate break in the performance before entering the hall.
The use of cameras and recording devices is strictly prohibited due to copyright and privacy legislation.
Advance arrangements must be made to ensure space (groups of 8 or more). Contact agorbase@uwo.ca or 519-661-2111 x80532. Teachers and band/orchestra/choir leaders – learn more about campus visits for school children and prospective music students.
Paul Davenport Theatre, von Kuster Hall, and Moscovich Recital Hall (Music Building 242) are wheelchair accessible, with the exception of the Paul Davenport Theatre balcony. Please contact our box office team at 519-661-2111 x83391 – ideally two days in advance – for groups including three or more wheelchairs. Unless otherwise noted, all concerts are free of charge and no advance booking is required. For ticketed performances (fully-staged operas, Parsons and Poole), advance ticket purchase online is strongly recommended. For any events requiring free pre-registration, early registration is strongly recommended.
Purchase online
Visit the Opera, Parsons and Poole and/or Residencies and Masterclasses pages for detailed event information and ticket links. Advance tickets for paid events are available to purchase online via Mustang Events until 11:59pm Eastern time the day before each performance. Download the PDF ticket or send your ticket(s) to your mobile device. The QR code on your ticket will be scanned at the door for entry. Printed tickets are not required however you may print at home if you choose.

Phone purchase/inquiries
To order by phone or for ticketing assistance, please call Mustang Events at (519) 661-4077. Please do not leave credit card information in your message.
Tickets:
Physical tickets for paid events are not required for those who purchased online in advance. Simply bring your smart phone or device to show your digital ticket at the door, or you are welcome to pre-print your PDF tickets from home. If you have trouble accessing your tickets, first check your "Junk Mail" email folder, otherwise you can log into your Mustang Events account to download.
Door sales
If tickets are still available at the door, ticket cost is an additional $5. Credit and debit cards only. Cash is no longer accepted at the door.
Most of the 350+ recitals and concerts held each year at the Don Wright Faculty of Music are free. The decision to charge admission to select performances is for cost-recovery purposes, when production costs outweigh the curriculum’s budget allotment. Thank you for supporting our students and facilities!
In general, “advance tickets” are available up to 11:59pm (Eastern time) the day before a performance. Visit the Opera, Parsons and Poole and/or Residencies and Masterclasses web pages for complete event details and ticket links.
In general, it’s a good idea to purchase tickets in advance whenever possible. All door sales cost $5 more than the advance ticket price and are payable by credit or debit card. Tickets are available for purchase at the door of the concert or event approximately 45 minutes beforehand. Availability of tickets at the door varies between each event.
All event seating is unreserved and seating is first-come-first-served except for fully staged opera performances.
