The Contemporary Music Studio (CMS) introduces solo and chamber music from 1945 to the present through the preparation, coaching, and performance of selected repertoire in classroom and concert settings.
The CMS is also proud to work with current composition students in our graduate programs to collaborate, showcase and perform new works.

This season, the Contemporary Music Studio presents works with compositional variety ranging from Dutch composer Louis Andriessen, to American composer Judith Lang Zaimont—the juxtaposition of which results in an interesting, ear-opening, subtle, wild and sometimes incredible listening experience not to be missed.
