Bridge Closure

Driving or taking the LTC to campus? Effective October 18, University Drive Bridge will be closed to all motorized vehicles for the next few months. The use of camera and recording devices is strictly prohibited due to copyright and privacy legislation. Please turn off all electronic devices.

Advance arrangements must be made to ensure space (groups of 8 or more). Email agorbase@uwo.ca or call 519-661-2111, ext. 80532. Teachers and band/orchestra/choir leaders - learn more about campus visits for school children and prospective music students.

Accessibility

Talbot College and the Music Building are equipped with an elevator and ramp access. Seating in the theatre is limited. To ensure accommodation, please notify the box office - call 519-672-8800 - ideally two days in advance - if you require special accommodations for seating. Parking

Significant changes have been made by Western’s Parking and Visitor Services department. Campus rates and availability vary by lot and time of use. Pay-and-display and credit card entry visitor parking is available in the Talbot Lot (increased availability starting in 2018) and throughout campus. Please pay close attention to all parking lot signage for changes. All spaces are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. For complete visitor parking information by lot, including new rates and information on complimentary weekend parking, visit the parking website or call 519-661-3973.

Tickets

Unless otherwise noted, all concerts are free of charge and no advance booking is required.
For ticketed performances ($), advance booking is recommended online via The Grand Theatre box office or call 519-672-8800. NEW for 2018 – $5 increase per ticket for all last-minute door sales, when available. Payment at the door is cash only.

Smoking Policy - NEW
