Submit Programs

Chamber Music Students

Please follow the following steps in order for your concert program to be shared with audience members:

Ensure your chamber music coach has carefully reviewed and approved your program
After approval, use the form link below to submit your program no less than four full business days before your recital. (e.g. if your recital is at 6pm on a Monday, your program is due by 8:30am the previous Wednesday.)
Programs submitted on time and in the correct format (download chamber music program templates here) will be added to the official concert programs webpage and the TV screen outside your venue.
File format: You program must be web-ready and saved as a PDF (please do not send Word docs). Please save your file with the following naming format with no spaces, all lower case, using hyphens and not underscores: YYYY-MM-DD-chamber-type.pdf (e.g. 2025-11-22-brass-quintet.pdf or 2026-03-06-piano-duo.pdf)
After completing the form and attaching your PDF, you and your coach will also automatically receive an email with a copy of your program. Any final corrections identified by your coach need to be made and the program re-submitted within 24 hours.
Programs that are submitted late may still be added to the concert program webpage depending on staffing availability.

Important! Please ensure your recital date, time and venue matches what is being advertised! Check chamber music recital series webpage. Email musicevents@uwo.ca immediately with any discrepancies.
